Warranty and Returns

All orders must be placed through orders@precision-dir.com. Please send Purchase Orders to this address.

Products from ST Imaging will carry a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties may be negotiated and then purchased through orders@precision-dir.com

Returns must be requested at orders@precision-dir.com, within 30 days of purchase, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
