Warranty and Returns
All orders must be placed through orders@precision-dir.com. Please send Purchase Orders to this address.
ST Imaging’s standard warranty for the ViewScan scanner series covers parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Extended warranties may be negotiated and then purchased through orders@precision-dir.com
Returns must be requested at orders@precision-dir.com, within 30 days of purchase, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
